About us

Crème Brûlée is a family story that began long before our desserts.

Founder Pol De Sloovere built the foundation of our business with a passion for farming, starting with laying hens. His dedication and hard work established a strong family tradition that continues to this day. The farm has been carried forward by the next generation, preserving the same commitment to quality and care.

Driven by a shared passion for cooking, the new generation expanded the family business by creating Crème Brûlée. The idea was simple: to give meaningful purpose to the fresh eggs from our own farm by transforming them into a refined and delicious dessert.

What started as a natural extension of the farm quickly grew into a product we are proud of — combining craftsmanship, authentic ingredients, and a love for good food.

Sustainability is an important part of our approach. Our production runs on green energy generated by our own solar panels, supported by a battery system that allows us to store and use energy efficiently. In this way, we continue to build a future that respects both our heritage and the environment.
