Pol De Sloovere established the family business in 1979. In 2007 the torch was passed on to the second generation. In the farm the production of fresh eggs is the main activity. Our passion for cooking and the love for the farm melt together to create a new farm product: frozen crème brûlée with a crunchy caramelized sugar topping. Renewable energy is generated by solar panels. When the sun is shining brightly, we are an energy self-sufficient farm.
