About us

Pol De Sloovere established the family business in 1979. In 2007 the reins were handed over to the second generation and the third generation is ready to assist wherever needed. In the farm the production of fresh eggs is the main activity. Our passion for cooking and the love for the farm melt together to create a new farm product: frozen crème brûlée with a crunchy caramelized sugar topping. Renewable energy is generated through solar panels. When the sun is shining brightly, we are an energy self-sufficient farm.
