The midi crème brûlée fits perfectly in a dessert buffet.

The midi sized trays are flow wrapped by 3. Standard packing is 45 crème brûlées in a cardboard box.

Preparation :

Room temperature 22°C: 30 minutes - Refrigerator 4°C: 105 minutes
When prepared in microwave remove flowpack
Microwave 900W: 30s 900W, pause 1 min, 30s 900W, pause 1 min
Microwave 2100W: 45s 30%(=700W), pause 1 min
Consume immediately after defrosting so that the sugar topping remains crunchy!
